New Parish Clerk
Ugthorpe & Hutton Mulgrave Parish Council has appointed a new parish clerk/responsible financial officer who took up the role on the 9th May 2022. Victoria Pitts is an experienced Parish Clerk, having worked at several parish councils in the area, and is also currently parish clerk/RFO to Eskdaleside cum Ugglebarnby Parish Council and Newholm cum Dunsley Parish Council. She will be getting the parish council's records and policies and procedures up to date over the coming months.
